Investment Plans
The California Energy Commission (CEC) administers 80% of the funding with the ability to invest in all approved EPIC activities. SCE, PG&E and SDG&E administer 20% of the funding in an amount proportional to their respective collections. They are limited to only technology demonstrations.
Annual Reports
The CPUC ordered SCE, PG&E, SDG&E, and the CEC, collectively known as Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) Administrators, to file annual reports concerning the status of their respective EPIC programs
In these decisions, the CPUC authorizes the execution of EPIC investment plans and establishes programmatic requirements.
