How do I cancel a service request once it's been submitted?

To cancel your service request, call us at 1-800-655-4555. If you cancel your service request, we will send you a confirmation email for the cancellation. 

2. To cancel a pending service request, click “Find My Request” in the body of the confirmation email or upper right of the Move Center page.

3. Customer must either log in or lookup account to proceed.

4. On the “My Request” page, input the confirmation number described in step one and click the trash icon. Customer will be asked to confirm service request cancellation.
