How do I change the name on My Account?

Important: Beginning in January 2024, SCE will be rolling out a new and improved My Account experience. Customers will be upgraded to the new design based on their account type. Our Help Center articles now provide instructions for both experiences.
How to Update Name in Profile Settings
Log In to My Account. If you haven’t set up My Account yet, you can register online.
1. Select “Settings” from the top navigation menu.
2. Once on the Settings page, click the “Profile” tab.
3. Click “Edit” next to Name to update the name on your SCE account.
Not seeing these options? Your dashboard may not have been updated to the New My Account experience just yet. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log In to My Account. If you haven’t set up My Account yet, you can register online.
2. Navigate to "Profile Settings" in the left panel.
3. Click the "Edit" button to the right of your name.
4. Make the desired updates and click "Save."
