How do I submit verification documents to complete my request to start service?

If you submitted a request to start service and have been asked to submit verification documents to complete your request, please follow the instructions below. You will need to upload your documentation within 5 business days.

Please upload a copy of two (2) of the following forms of documentation to verify your identity:

  • Copy of valid photo ID, driver's license, or passport
  • Social security number card
  • Wage and Tax Statement (W-2 form)

Once documents are received, the review process may take 1-2 business days to complete. Failure to upload two forms of documentation to verify your identity within 5 business days will result in delays in getting power turned on or cancellation of the move in request. If you did not authorize this request for service, please contact SCE immediately at 877-392-7977.
