How do I sign up for Paperless Billing?

Important: Beginning in January 2024, SCE will be rolling out a new and improved My Account experience. Customers will be upgraded to the new dashboard based on their account type. Our Help Center articles now provide instructions for both experiences.
Sign Up for Paperless Billing on My Account
1. Log in to SCE Account.
2. Scroll to the Settings section towards the bottom of your account dashboard.
3. Under Billing & Payment, click “Sign up for Paperless Billing”
4. Check terms and conditions box and click “Turn on Paperless Billing” to continue.
5. Click “Done” to confirm your Paperless Billing enrollment.
Not seeing these options? Not seeing these options? Your dashboard may not have been updated to the New My Account experience just yet. Please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SCE Account. If you haven’t set up My Account yet, you can register online.
2. Select “Preference Center” from the left navigation and switch the Paperless Billing button to the on position.
3. Click the checkbox to accept Terms & Conditions, then click the “Turn On Paperless Billing” button to continue.
4. Click “Done” to confirm your Paperless Billing enrollment.
