How do I close My Account?

Important: Beginning January 2024, SCE will be rolling out a new and improved My Account experience. Customers will be upgraded to the new design based on their account type. Our Help Center articles now provide instructions for both experiences.
If you no longer wish to have online access to your SCE energy accounts, you can deactivate your sce.com User ID.
- Log In to SCE Account. If you haven’t set up My Account yet, you can register online.

Navigate to "Profile Settings" in the left panel.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Deactivate My SCE.com User ID".
- Tick the checkbox to the left of the terms and conditions to confirm you will no longer have online account access to SCE.com.
- Click "Yes, Deactivate my user ID."
