If you receive an error message saying the name you entered does not match the information we have on file for your service address, this means you may have to confirm some of your account information is correct. Please follow these steps:
Visit your Identity page and check to see if your first and last name match those shown on your bill; if they do not match, please update your name on the Identity page to reflect the name shown on your bill.
Return to MyAccount and click the “Link Account” button again. If you still receive an error message, please call SCE Customer Support at 1- 800-409-2365 and a Customer Support Representative will assist you.
